Kabora Kebab

Kabora is a fantastic spot for anyone who loves rich, flavorful food with a personal touch. I tried their chicken shawarma plate and was blown away by how fresh and perfectly seasoned everything was. The meat was tender, the sauces were rich and authentic, and the rice and naan were just perfect. You can really taste the care they put into their cooking. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Even though it's located in a casual setting, the quality of the food rivals that of any sit-down restaurant.

First time having a meal here and the food and service were excellent! Had the falafel sandwich - the falafel was super delicious, piping hot, flavorful spices, dressed with fresh veggies and a yogurt sauce. It’s really nice to have such authentic Mediterranean options at the mall! The staff there are so friendly and hospitable. I also ordered baklava and the server added an extra piece on the house. I will definitely be returning for more of their menu!

Great customer service, excellent food (authentic) and it’s locally owned and operated!!! What a breath of fresh air. We Definitely made the right choice, will be back for sure. We ate some food before taking the photos, but you get the idea! P.S. Try their Lamb gyro, it is AMAZING!

Hands down the best gyro I’ve ever had! The meat was perfectly seasoned and the pita was soft and fresh. Every bite was packed with flavour. Can’t wait to have it again!

Iove this place, the food is always delicious and I have tried both the Broomfield and littleton locations cuisine. Alhamdulillah I also enjoyed the lamb gyro sandwich and the lamb was sooo juicy and flavorful. Sooo good brothers

Kabora at Flatiron Crossing Mall blew us away! The guy working there was absolutely amazing — super friendly, kind, and gave the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. And the food? Just wow. The gyro was the best we’ve ever had — so juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. My husband and I enjoyed every bite. We’ll definitely be coming back whenever we’re in town!

NEW BOULDER LOCATION (next to Jets Pizza) Was on my way to actually pizza from next-door. When I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed that this Greek restaurant was sitting there that just opened this week. It’s hard to impress this Long Island, New York girl with having the food capital of the world her fingertips however this Greek restaurant nailed it head to toe. Can’t wait to go back and watch this business grow. The store manager and cook were extremely friendly. And there are about 8 to 10 tables that you could sit at if you wanted to dine in.

Hey, it’s a mall. So the atmosphere blows. But the food and the people are great! I’m not much of a red meat eater, but the gyro, pounded beef and lamb, was savory and juicy. The fries were generous. I’m sure glad I stumbled onto this place. Recommended.
